Proposed Disposal of Designated Land at Rushden Independent Church High
Street Rushden Northamptonshire NN10 0PJ.
Notice under s.121 of the Charities Act 2011 is hereby given that the Trustees of
Rushden Independent Wesleyan Church (Registered Charity No. 1132251)
propose to sell part of the land held by them at High Street Rushden
Northamptonshire NN10 0PJ.
The property being sold consists of the main church building being part of the
Rushden Independent Wesleyan Church.
Why we are proposing this sale:
The Trustees believe this sale is in the best interests of the charity because the
building is surplus to requirements and is no longer needed as the current
Church Hall (located in Queen Street) is more suitable for the ongoing work of
the church. Sale proceeds will allow the Trustees to invest in the current Church
Hall to improve those facilities.
